As a lighter weight video head with a longer adjustable changing plate, the new MVH500AH provides the ideal solution for the latest generation of HDSLR and camcorders with interchangeable optics. The adjustable plate means that even long lenses can be optimally balanced out and supported. As the smallest model in our range, the head with bridging technology can hold up to 5kg of camera equipment. The 701HDV’s successor produces beautiful, clear images - thanks to the authentic fluid cartridges on both the tilt and the pivot axes, camera movements exhibit professional levels of control and precision. It is best suited to use with spotting scope.

The head from the 500 range can be attached especially fast and securely thanks to its side locking mechanism. Simply click the head sideways into place using the quick release plate and it will be safe and secure. No further fastenings are required. Thanks to the side locking mechanism, the camera can also be removed from the head more quickly and safely than usual.

The 500 range head has a pre-set counter balance of 2.4kg and a bearing load of 5kg. The head also supports the addition of further accessories due to its 3/8" Easy Link thread.
